IR2200 not accepting print jobs - reads 'offline'

    IR2200 not accepting print jobs - reads 'offline'

    IT is getting an ip address and I can ping it, however no print jobs can be sent as it continuously reads 'offline' in printers and faxes. Any ideas?

      On the top of the control panel screen you should see a tab that reads SCAN touch it and make sure it is OFFLINE

          it gets an ip address..automatically?..turn off dhcp and give the machine a static ip address..make sure that the port is mapped properly in the driver.What operating system are you running..try installing LRP port instead of tcp/ip port..can you get a windows test page?
