canon clc3220 color misregistration

Have clc3220 with color misregistration as in attachment.
Tried with hew IU, IBT assy, lasers but still same.

you will find loads of threads on this site for your problem,just do a search.think your next thing to try is to clear the dc-con but do a d and p print first so you can re input settings.

retime the laser units and reinstall. From the scan it appears all of your colors are in time except for the black.

if you search the threads there are instructions for performing the procedure. You have time pull the laser units out and turn the cams by hand till they click and then reinstall.

Done that but still same.

I suspect on pattern reader unit, will try with new one tomorrow.

In service mode level 2 check laser unit and get OK result.

Then remove lasers and perform procedure to adjust cam position.

You did what?

The service mode level 2 laser adjustment has never solved a mis registration unit. The camming has to be done by hand.

I had a working irc3200 and caused the symptoms you have by cleaning the belt cleaning blade, i had to replace the blade with a new one to get rid of the miss registration.
