canon IRADV 6055 lines/shadow

We have a 6055 with 7k creating cross feed shadows intermittently on prints, I've included a picture, any thoughts? No errors or alarms. Thanksphoto.JPG

have you checked the drum cleaner, carona assemblies? What work has been done?

Adjusted DV contacts, reseat drum and coronas. Thanks for the replies.

look closely at the fuser inlet guide and remove any toner build up. This may be causing a pause when entering the fuser. usually affects long paper sizes, ltrr ect. The paper hits the fuser and is still under drum when shadow appears.

I had similar problem in three machines,It was due to dev bias contacts.After adjusting It is working fine
