    [Misc] Register IR7105

    Hello,
    I'm in trouble in the iR7105, the problem is this: The register unit is varying impressions after two cuts it at the bottom of A4 sheet, the clutch was changed register in the unit and cleaning in addition to setting the timing mode clutches service> level 2> function> misc and problem still persists more with less variation persists. given clear and reset the service tag values​​. Anyone have any other opinion. Thank you.

    check your inlet guides going to the registration roller to make sure that they are not pinching the paper at some point. Also how many copies are on the unit and that assembly? It might be time to replace it or rebuild it with new rollers, busings and collars.

      Since you changed the reg clutch try changing the feed tires in the paper decks. I've seen those cause some variance with registration.

        I agree with charm if u have a few mil in ur copy count u may want to replace it , also have u try DCON clear dont forget u P PRINT before u do that
