V55: DISK FULL

    V55: DISK FULL

    Hello everyone i'm a young technician and i have an issue with a colorpass v55, i don't know how to erase the message: Disk full.............please i need some help.....i tried changing the ip address, put it out the hard drive and putin on again, i did the same thing with the battery but nothing happenned the message is still there.....thanks for your help...

      I didi that too, server/clear server (Servidor/ borrar el servidor), i did it in the command work station 4, there is any other place to do that?

        I entered on the setup choose clear server......and i'm waiting.............

          there is more space on hard drive, total: 3.82gb available: 3.60gb but the message is still there.............there is something else i have to do?

            delete all jobs in workstation queue


            or go in and remove printer/ re-start to discover it
