The customer is not vending printing but they are vending copies. The print job sits there until money is inserted into the vend station. I suggested to the Tech to call Canon directly. He said they didn't help him because there was a vending device attached. I know this is programmable but I don't know where to point the Tech.

I wonder if this is a user setting.
I see in the user manual on page 5-19 there is an option "Restrict printing". That may just shut printing off all together.

UPDATE:
The vending device has nothing to do with this problem. Disconnected it and turned off the corresponding service mode settings. The copier still holds all print jobs.Jamex Tech Support: Saving the world one phone call at a time.Comment

No this was all service modes. Machine was put back in standard mode and copies worked as advertised. Print jobs did not release automatically. The customer is using software called LptOne to vend printing. It reacts the same whether you are printing through the driver as it does through the LptOne software.Jamex Tech Support: Saving the world one phone call at a time.Comment

A machine with a 3rd party coin box or control card installed will prevent the print jobs from being printed. A message "Printing Paused" will be displayed and the jobs will not be output. To enable printing when a coin box is installed, change the following service mode setting.
