    [Misc] How to Erase the Hard Drive of a Fiery imagePASS

    The following steps should be taken to erase the hard drive of a Fiery imagePASS:
    1. Print a configuration sheet prior to erasing the hard drive
      1. Select Printer Tab on screen
      2. Choose Printer Status/Settings, then Functions
      3. Choose Print Pages, then Configuration

    2. If not still in the Functions menu, follow steps a and b above.
    3. Select Run Setup. (At this point the imagePASS will reboot and may take several minutes)
    4. When prompted for a password, enter Fiery.1 or the password configured on each device here.
    5. When the menu options display, scroll down until you see Factory Defaults.
    6. Choose this and confirm to begin the process
    7. After the process has completed, press the main power switch to OFF
    8. Turn the device back on and print another configuration sheet (check to make sure no IP addresses or identifying information remain on the configuration page
    9. Fill out the Hard Driver Erase Confirmation Form
    10. Scan and email the form and configuration pages to your Operations Manager and your appropriate client or IT contact
    11. Retain originals for your records
