Paper got jammed at the reverse rollers sometimes...The rollers have already smooth surfaces..i dont have another machine to compare with...can i ask for an opinion whether to replace the rollers or not?thanks for any answers..

yes replace the rollers and check the paper guides as well. If your rollers are glossed over then they have shrunk and will cause timing jams. You can try cleaning with some WD-40 to restore them but replacing is your best bet.Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned. -

A few weeks after we replaced the reverse rollers which are already glossy,again the same problem arises ...Paper stucks in between the reverse rollers and the plastic rollers ...paper guide is okey...any tips please regarding this problem....thanksComment

Hello, Is necessary that you said, what the code showed in service mode Copier>display>jam.
Check the exit roller of the duplex unit the same is a roller of esponge if the same is deformed change it. To know if the roller is bad is only you press the same he must after you press to back to the start position.

Dear all
You've a delay Jam at ps14. Paper is not detected by Ps14 at the right time interval after leaving Ps13. Then two cases are possible:
1- The duplex feeding rollers are not running at their right speed ( electric issue ) or paper is not fed with the right speed (at least one of the rollers is dirty or not good).
2- Paper may reach Ps14 at the required time but not detected ( sensor Ps14 is defective).
