Anyone know how to clear a E000 code on IC D480, Tried going into Service Mode But when I get to FUNCTION. It will only allow me to do paper test. Cant use the arrow keys... I dont have a manual for this machine. Also does anyone know where I can get ImageClass base Service Manuals/Parts as a group (i.e Multiple different Types of ImageClass Machines) Dont want to buy them one at a time. Was trained on the IC 2200 back in 90's. Havent touch them until now.

I don't have manual for this model.It.s US market model,but usually 0000 error mean "check fixing connectors,check or replace fixing unit"If it ain't broke, don't fix it

Tried that on the D480. Once in function, mach. wont let me use the arrow keys to scroll to Printer Reset. Stays on Printer Test PageComment
