ImagePRESS C7010VP POD 1 not visible at installation

    Hello,

We are installing an IPRC7010VP but unfortunately the POD Deck is not visible (on engine overview also on service mode).

There is only one POD on engine, the sorter is visible, when the POD deck is not connected.

If you connect the POD the sorter become invisible.

Of course the POD supply power is present and the Cable too (arcnet) connected properly). We have replaced the communication card (arcnet) without effect!

    Any experience !

Merry chrismas for you and your family,

    Regards,

    Twinax

Probably you already check this but anyway:

Enter service mode and make settings for the connection order.

    COPIER > OPTION > ACCPST-P

"Pod Deck 00100001" is displayed. => Input "1"
    and press "OK".

In the case that the above display does not appear
in service mode when setting the connection sequence,
    check the following points.
    1. The breaker [1] of the POD deck is turned on.
    2. In the settings of NODE_ID switch [2], "1" is
ON and "2 to 4" are OFF.

    Capture_068.jpg

-Press the Reset key and exit from the service mode.
    - Press the power switch on the control panel for a
    few seconds.
    - Perform the shutdown sequence to turn off the main
power switch of the host machine.
    - Turn off/on the power switch of the accessory.
    - Turn on the main power switch of the host machine.

    1. Be sure to turn off/on the power switch after setting
the connection sequence. If not, the accessory
    is not recognized.
    2. At power on after setting the connection order,
be sure not to set a paper in the deck.
Only in the case that there is no paper in the deck at
power on, implement automatic 'Floatation Fan Air
    Flow Adjustment'.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
