    IRADVC9060 Chatter Marks in Cyan

Have an IRADVC9060 here which gives me chatter marks in cyan with a distance approx 3-4 mm.
Here is an example, please forgive me the bad scan quality but i think it is visible, what i mean:
    chatter_marks.jpg

    Feeding direction is LEF
Things, i have done so far: installed the updated ITB first transfer Kit including the thinner transfer Belt, renew cyan drum and Developing Unit, Firmware upgrade to the latest and greatest, set all recommend Service Mode Settings.
    All to no avail
Now i'm running out of ideas.
Someone out there, who has/had the same problem; maybe in another color who can give me a hint?

      Problem :
Cross feed pitch lines ~1-2 mm apart and back grounding.
      Note: See the attached images.

      Solution :
Replacing the Main Controller 2 resolved the issue.

          Zoraldinho, Charm:
thank you very much for the quick response

Zoradinho: to get access to the laser units is a real pain in the ass, i will keep it in my mind and try it as last resort.

Charm: apart from the background issue, this seems to show exactly the problem, that i have but only in black color. May i ask, where you get the information from? it looks like a knowledge base entry, but here on canon germany i cannot find such an entry. I will rip out the main controller II from our showroom mashine and look, what happens.

Stay tuned, i will keep you informed about the outgoing, but this will be in the new year, because the customer is on vacation.

Big Thanks, i owe you both a beer

As i promised, here is the continuation of the story:
changed the main controller2, but the result was a little bit disapointing... things went better, but its not resolved yet.
seems that i have to go the hard way and interchange the laser units.

Get some beer and popcorn and enjoy the show, i will keep you informed

maybe your cyan primary roller is acting up.
the clips come lose, it may not lift properly or something like that.

A primary transfer roller kit fy7-0412 should go along with the new ITB belt.
and while you have the belt off, install colour drum heaters (fm3-9600), they make a difference.
you also need the base , screws and saddle to install it.

After a long time, i will give you an update and the solution as well. After changing the Main Controller PCB things went better but the Problem was not solved finally. So i picked up zoraldihos suggestion and interchanged cyan and magenta laser and guess what... the error moves to magenta. after renew the laser unit, the error is gone.
Even if reaching the laser units is a pain in the ass, i should have follow zoradinhos recommandation
Boost up your ref and thank you
