what about your fuser thermistors and cut off switches I have seen the old 5000 model do this type of thing

thermistors would cause the problem out of all drawers and the stack bypass. I would start looking for a pinched wire in the pick up drive or the motor driver PCB - FM2-9895-000

To add one more thing.
when i tested print in duplex mode unit again has shut down. Of course paper has stopped at same position. Now machine would not start no matter what. Only after I have moved axis (and motor ) unit could start.
Until i get my hands on new (or 100% working motor) I can not say that it is source of problem. but I;m90% sure now.
