Two part question. Does anyone have system software or know where I can get it. Also machine was fine until the cartridge was replaced. It was a compatible but I have many customers who use them and never had a problem like this. I can clear the message by holding 1 and 9 while powering up. It's come back twice in the last month. Wondering if anybody has any ideas. Customer got another cartridge (compatible) and it did the same thing on install but was clearable.

Don't think there is firmware for this model on that "Download Standby" message--
IP board is probably the issue/ maybe Nationwide can repair it ???

They only have the power supply listed. I should be able to find a replacement machine cheap either to replace it or for parts. Thanks for the reply.Comment

I doubt but you can try flash printer with latest firmware.Post your mail on my PM.If it ain't broke, don't fix it
