I have a Canon printer 5800ir

and i have Problem with my printer

E013 is a waste toner error. Your tube is probably packed up and the toner cannot empty into the waste box.

E075 deals with your ITB and timing. A subcode would be needed to narrow down what the problem is.

U need to pay attention to control panel messages on waste bottle

E013-0002 (waste toner feed-screw error) indicates that the output of the waste toner lock detecting switch (SW1) is "1" for 1 sec or more. (If the waste toner feed-screw fails to rotate when the developing motor (M3) is driven, the waste toner feed-screw is pressed in the direction of the arrow, thus turning on SW1.)


Waste Toner Bottle has to be emptied and SW1 checked/
u also need to check/unclog the tube/slight bang on tube should release clog and SW1

The counter for the Waste Toner Bottle needs to be reset back to zero in Service Mode.
Enter Service Mode level 1 by pressing * 2 8 *, select Copier > Counters > MISC, then highlight WST-TNR, press Clear - the counter will zero out.
Power off the copier, turn the copier back on--
