OPC Repair / OPC Coating Solution: Is it Possible or a Load of Hogwash ?

I have seen online some companies claiming that they can repair opc drums or recoating them with a solution to make them long lasting or repair them...!!!!

Has anyone used such kind of solution or seen anyone who has used it..?; Is it Possible...?

I will appreciate any answer because I think it would be great if these things can be recycled (and am not talking about good for the environment but rather my wallet)

Someone once told me "If it looks too good to be true, its too good to be true".., I have seen some people claiming to have a liquid solution which can even recoat the worn out opc and make it as good as new...!!!

Just imagine what this will do for my bank account just walking to peoples shop here in my city and telling customers I can repair their opc drum for half a price..(but the again am thinking this is a pipe dream)

Which brings me here to you guys the "Julius Ceaser and The Napoleons of Copy World" to ask if this is possible (to repair a worn out opc) and while we are on the subject how do those factories in china produce their opc drums..., can I replicate that.., and avoid importing the flipping things $$$$$ (Sorry for being Greedy) and thinking about Dollars (OPC here in my country especially for canon np1215 are a hot cake) most of them are fake anyway

After several years of research and testing I managed to get a solution for reabilitaterea outer layer, CTL. I have invested and lost money to accomplish this.
I use solvent coating technique.

Just like the old days of selenium drums. When the drum got a ding you filled it in with clear nail polish!!!!!!!

Why bother repairing them, once you factor in the cost of labor and the magic coating juice you're better off just buying a new one. Low costs are one the main advantages of OPC.
