    [Error Code] Error code E246 on IR2018

    I replaced the counter PCB with a new one and i have the same code in intermitance with normal display. Is there any proceddure for this model after replacing the counter pcb?

      Why did you replace the counter pcb? Put the old one back in to fix the problem.This error code occurs when the counter board malfunctions or if a counter board from a different machine is installed in the one experiencing the error code. The counter board must stay with the original copier. If you search this forum there are tons of posts on this code.
