IR 3025

First of all,happy 2013.I need some help about this one.IR 3025 using twain driver and adobe acrobat.Customer have scanned documents on
the computer(PDF) and everything is ok so far.The same document print back to the copier make gray dots around text.If i print the same file
on other printers is OK.Very interesting is when I testing copier with issue working excelent.All kind test prints from service mode make good.
All kind of files copier print good exept scanned docs by it,s self.Scaned doc on monitor is good.
Gray shadow around text looks definetely like digital issue.



What i have done so far:





1. Replace scanner assy.
2.New driver
3.Use adobe and different kind of software.
4. Clean complete scanner.
5.make adjustment like photo,text,jpg,tiff....

Waiting for miracle.

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM something realy weird mmm , but u said that you tried to use another pc it works ,so maybe there's something on the the PC .
it will be better if u attach a sample
