To keep them running you can turn off potential control until you get a new Pot Control sensor and the tool but first try to polish or coronas.

Disable potential control by going into service mode Copier > Option > Tempo > F-POT-SW. Now copies can be run.
    1) A solid black copy means laser is defective.
    2) A white copy means you should check the Primary corona and HVT.
    3) A good copy means you should check the Potential sensor PCB.
may I know what is an HVT sir?

This error is caused also by discharging lamps(led) of drum.
Once i opened drum unit and demaged one of wires of led lamps after i turned on the machine it showed me this error code.
If leds do not work the cleaning blade could not clean properly the drum. And it looks like is plated with toner and sensor reads out that toner causing the error code.

It can happen if the sensor is dirty OR THE DRUM NEEDS POLISHED. That is your easy fix.

I'll give you another tip. When turn on the machine listen for the laser, its the real high pitch noise.
How old is the drum & what's the meter on this device.

is the drum turning?there is a gear screwed to the drum drive shaft at rear frame.i've had the screws snap twice causing this error.may be worth checking!

    E061
Main Cause The laser shutter is faulty. The laser unit is faulty. The potential measurement
PCB is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty.
    Mode of
    Detection
0001 As the result of potential control, the drum surface potential (VL2)
of the white background is about 200 V (generating solid black images).
0002 The primary charging output used for print output and the drum
surface potential after laser output has been made are about 200 V
    (generating solid black images).
