I believe your machine is equivalent to the IR C4080
E004 Fixing unit protection circuit trouble.
0202 When the difference in temperature between the center and front of the
fixing belt is higher than the rating
You could try to reset the code by clearing the error in service mode. If the code cannot be reset you'll need to replace the fuser. Hope this helps.

Replace the fixing belt unit. Replace the DC controller PCB 2 (MAISY)
Your going to need a new fuser unit i'm afraid!!

i would inspect before i did a clear in service mode
[Service mode > COPIER > Function > CLEAR > ERR].

could be damaged belt or connector issue
u may get lucky>
Connectors of Fixing Feeder Unit Open/Closed Sensors may have poor contact.
try this first---------
1. Re-fit the connectors of the fixing feeder unit open/closed sensors in the main body side. If pins of the connectors are deformed, modify it.
2. Check to see if the sensor lever is damaged.
3. If the symptom still occurs, replace the sensors with new ones.
next choice/ pull out the fix unit to inspect it**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
