    CLC4040 fiery problem

    Hi everyone what is happening to my canon CLC4040 fiery it is always showing "please wait" when I press its printer settings. I tried to restart the copier and reconnect the power cable of the fiery yet still no response. Any solution? Thanks.

      do you have both cables connected from the fiery to the copier? One is a scuzzy type connection and the other is a cross-over cable.

      also have you checked to see what your display on the fiery is reading. The HDD might need reloading or replacement.
      Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
