[Misc] Ir c2058 toner cartridge problem

Trying to install new toner cartridges and cannot install tubes all the way back in machine. Is there a special installation procedure?

no there is not a special procedure. Shine a flash light up there and make sure nothing is blocking the tube from going in all the way.

You also need to look at the sliding shutter which is item 7, figure 620, p/n FB5-1005-000. This can cause problems as well.
