iR ADV C7065i Booklet Finisher A1

Hi

I'm getting this message appear on the users pc when they try to print booklets to the copier, "adjust the booklet tray guide located on the bottom left side of the saddle finisher to the size of the output paper".

If I use the booklet feature on the C7065i itself no message appears on the copier. The message only appears on the users pc when they try to print booklets.

Would appreciatte any ideas.

it is just a reminder built into the print driver to have the end user make sure it is in the correct spot before printing the booklets.

Is it possible to stop the message. The user also has an 8105 and when they print booklets to that device no message appears.

different finisher on those two devices. Your 8105 does not have a booklet plate that adjust on it.
I'm not sure of anyway to remove the message as it is in the script of the print driver.
