Bad quality of print on Canon iR-ADV 6065

Hello! I have another particular problem to illustrate !
I have a Canon iR-6065 ADV with the problem by dark background ...
I replaced the primary unit charge, Developing Unit, Potential PCB, transfer belt ...
I clean the drum with Cerium oxide ....
    Nothing, the fault persists!

Only if I hold off control of the potential, the problem does not occur, but the copy or print quality is very bad!

    Tips?
    Thank you!

check your contacts for the HVT on your developer assembly. They get pushed down and make a poor connection.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

          internal HVT bias contact plate

background is usually / BIAS or TONER issue / or Drum surface

there is a 'Remove Background Density' button on the machine under the density button. The Density button is on the Copy home screen The background can be removed with two settings of Auto or Manual.
