    iR2018 scan issue

    Good day to all of you,

    Had this canon ir2018 with the scanning issue. Using canon color scangear driver install it in the computer.


    When you scan 1 page on the document feeder wheather a text or jpeg image the machine no problem where the computer will receive it. But when scan multiple copy more than 2 page after the 1st page the machine will hang the panel red light will start blinking. At the computer will shown you a message "network is time out"

    Any one have come across these problem ? Thank you......

    what do you have the resolution set at?
    this device only supports 300x300 dpi

    also what version of CNWSG are you running?

      Where do set the dpi ? Do you required go to service mode or in the additional function ?

      Not check the version of the network scan gear driver which installed by the technician. If not mistaken current latest version is 2.7 . I 'm suspecting is the driver version to low on these problem.
