in one ir6570 paper gets jam at fixing unit,when duplex copies are taken and it happens intermittently only ,and when it happens one paper with single side print comes half out of fixing unit paper outlet catch tray.when checked jam list problem is with ps4.cleaned fixing unit sensors and duplex solenoid but problem repeat .please give any suggestions.

put a extra wrap on spring for PS4
Check PS4 signal to J106b, if changing, replace the dc controller. If not, clean/replace PS4, check wiring from controller to sensor for open wire.
is this from all paper feed locations ?
post the exact jam codes or error codes !!**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
