I have an error code, E197, in ir2318L, was already changed the dc controller and fixing assembly but still giving the error,
some help

E197 0000 Printer engine communication error
Erroneous communication between the DC controller PCB and
image processor PCB was detected.

processor PCB.
- Replace the DC controller PCB for normal connection.
- Replace or check CCD unite.
- Replace the image processor PCB.

already checked the connectors of the dc controller,image processor and power supply.
next week I wil lreplace image processor and power supply.

about this error code can beread that the problems in developer.
