              That certainly is a firmware issue....if you are not a tech and don't have experience with flashing the firmware call for service my friend. Also...on that model if you downgrade to a previous version of system software the imagerunner will lock up.

                  THANKS My FRIEND FOR YOUR REPLY ANY WAY I AM A COMPUTER ENGINEER AND WORK AS A PROGRAMMER AND NETWORKING BUT MY FRIEND I AM FROM LIBYA, THERE WAS A WAR LAST YEAR AgainstGaddafi and my city Destroyed and most people left the city in other word i have to do it by my self and i think that i am Able to do and all i need is the rigth tools for that....thanks anyway

                      Firmwares it is most expensive and missed Of pearls ,i don't think so that easily take. $$

                                  yeah u are right friend DR doktor , i did not mean i have the firmware and i sell it to him , but i think the firmwares it is missed things, much techniciens have many type of firmware and they don't help Monopoly in the sense !
