iR3300 with scan lines

I have an iR3300 that is creating thin lines when copying thru the SPF. They look like someting is on the slit glass but it is random and not on every page. The can be 2 to 6 inches long. If you are doing a multiple page run with multiple copies the line will be the same on each copy of a page it appears on. I have cleaned the glass, mirrors, and lens. Anyone have an idea? Thanks

check that the height of the feeder is correct
