    C3200 Waste Toner Spill

Something is eluding me... recent history with this machine was all just normal maintenance

    1) Replaced Transfer Belt as a PM
    2) Replaced Transfer Cleaning Assembly because replaced Belt; replaced ITB waste screw unit
    3) Checked Registration & it is right-on (so no play in belt)

But now this machine is collecting only a portion of the waste toner into the bottle.
About 30% of the toner is apparently missing or spilling over the side of the ITB waste screw unit. *ugh* I checked the little piece of plastic film connected to the screw unit and it looks intact (and the entire screw unit was recently replaced).

Does anyone know if occasionally screw units have known issues? Thank you

check the rear white drive gear on the ITB unit/ it engages the white gear on the cleaning blade unit when cleaning unit engages ITB

check those interior Cams that rotate & the ITB up to correct position
they can crack and cause uneven pressure for cleaning
