Hi! I have another problem to be exhibited: a noise coming from the fixing unit on Canon iR-ADV 5051....
I replaced the fixing and pressure, with its bearings, but no, the sound remains ...

Thump or Grind or Squeal

Check the fixing drive gear on the Fixing Drive Assembly shown in FIGURE 813 item 2 part number FL3-1189-000 to ensure that the teeth of the gear are not chipped. You can replace the gear-

are you sure it is coming from the fuser assembly? did you run motor check to find out which assembly is making the noise?

there are also software updates that address noises coming from the fixing unit so you may want to check into that as well.
