    Which is better color copier? Canon CLC3200 vs. Ricoh Aficio 2232C

    Hi! I would like to hear from you guys which do you think is better color machine, Canon CLC3200 or Ricoh Aficio 2232C? Hope I could get comments and feedback from those machines (advantage & disadvantage, and which is worst! ) Thank you very much.

        I don't know the Canon model you are comparing, but that Ricoh is an old model and the colour cannot compare to the newer design engines like the MPC range! The 2232 had a similar engine layout than the CL3800 which was Ricoh's first high speed colour laser printer (38 ppm).

        The MPC engines have less colour registration issues and faster controllers than the 2232c. Have you checked parts availability for the Ricoh? As I said it wasn't built yesterday.

          I agree, better go with a second hand MPC2500/3000/3500/4000, these are way more reliable hardware-wise compared to the Aficio2232C. It's not that the 2232 was a bad unit but you can't keep them alive forever just with PM parts so it's more likely getting faced with expensive repairs if you start messing around with older machines.
