SL-ON Use it to start the operation of the solenoid.
      Method of Operation
      1) Select the item, 1: manual feed pickup solenoid (SL1)
and press the OK key so that the solenoid goes on and off as follows:
      for 0.5 sec, ON>for 0 sec, OFF>for 0.5 sec, ON>for 10 sec, OFF>for 0.5 sec, ON>OFF

if part check does not PULL back plunger on solenoid / u have an issue with it /or signal from J1107 on DC PCB

??? does the printer see paper in MF tray when loaded ??

you have to listen for the click, unless you can arrange to look at it while doing the test.

I THINK you have 2 problems. i have seen brand new bypass jamming
check counters to see if bypass was ever used.
        clean your bypass rollers
does it get any further than before
        yes----- replace them especially separation
push gently during pickup see if it goes through.

i would concentrate on jamming from cassettes
your fixing feeder pcb might be bad
does it jam from deck 2. c3 or c4

ok I agree, i would like to fix the jamming issue from the cassetts first. It jams from all cassetts, the paper gets folded up at the registration motor, it almost seems like there is something holding it because the paper get jammed and folded in the same spot exactly the same.

            check the motor.
does the reg rollor turn freely by hand

take the assembly apart and clean the sensor windows, and rollers.

These Motors are connected to J1312 and J1311 at the fixing/feeder driver pcb. There are several soldered fuses on this board, you should meter them out. On Pin 8 J1311 should be 24V. The registration Motor is driven by IC603 (STK 672-600), on Pin 15 you should meter a signal, if reg-motor is enabled.

well, i would have prefer you to check the pcb, maybe you would be able to fix it.
but in generally, yes, it leads to the feeder/fixing pcb

i checked all the fuses on the board and they all tested out, i think there is like 7, labeled FU-###.

it has been almost a week, and i still havent recieved any order confirmation through email about order status. Im wondering if this company will let me order this part since im not a dealer. Does anyone know where else i can get this feeder/fixing pcb, I've searched online and that is the only company that i found that carries it. thanks again.
