[Error Code] canon ir600 error code e069

hello everybody, please I need help with this copier IR600 showing error code e069 and I checked "down charger, upper charger, cleaner charger, HVT box, toner unit bias, bias wires heater unit bias, and the link up reading between the bias and heater unit also the bias between the heater unit and transport unit and the bias between the down transfer charger and machine, then checked upper and transfer emplugs, but still showing the error code. Please any help will be very appreciate thanks.

did you check your pre-transfer carona assembly? if it is loaded with dirt then I would clean it out and restring
also check your trans/sep connections as the block can crack causing an issue.
