IR Advance C5051 error

Just had a customer call about an error code.
Could someone please tell me what an E0003-0004 is on a IR advance c5051?
Custmer said the code was E000003-0004, but on anything I can find Ithink he added to many 0'.

could be any of the following:

Fixing Film Unit
Switch SW5
Right Door
DC Controller
AC Driver
Relay PCB

I agree.Don't forget to clear the error: COPIER > FUNCTION >CLEAR > ERR
