Unit cyan in iRC-ADV 9060.

Hi! (again)
Have you ever had this nice problem?
Well, I can not remove the unit cyan (drum and developing) from the xerographic area by Canon iRC ADV-9060 ....
It seems to have gotten stuck, but I do not understand .....

did you cam down the ITB unit?
are the other units stuck?

I'm not shore if you can get to the drums without releasing ITB unit.

To work better, I pulled out from the machine all the color groups (except cyan of course ) and the ITB unit ..

since you have everything out, it will be easier to see where it is catching.

maybe setup guy did not put the clips on properly
now that i think about it , i had a similar one 2 weeks ago, one clip was loose. i had to keep wiggling until it came out.
you may have to damage dev/drum to remove it , make sure you have a replacement handy.
