Bizarre question: can I print an old Mac with System 9.3 with the imagePASS A1?
Without using the CWS ...

I cant find any information saying that it is supported and I haven't run into anything that old in a really long time. have you tried connecting it at all?

I connected the old MAC via Appletalk ...
And appear in the print queue .... But without drivers the customer can't print....

Release of patch 1-1ASO3Y to enable Direct Mobile Printing support on the imagePASS-A1 V1.01.

patch file will provide the Direct Mobile Printing functionality that will enable you to directly print to the
Fiery imagePASS-A1 controller from iOS mobile devices, such as iPad, iPod Touch and iPhone via a wireless
network.

To use Direct Mobile Printing, you must:
• Observe the minimum system requirements for your mobile device.
• Enable Fiery print controller Setup options in Configure.
• Make sure your Fiery print controller and the mobile device are on the same wireless network.
Supported Fiery Controllers:
• imagePASS-A1 V1.01
Required Environments:
-Apple iOS 4.2 or later is required for the following iOS mobile devices:
• iPad
• iPhone (3GS, 4G)
• iPod touch (3rd generation or later)
-imagePASS-A1 v1.01 with the patch file 1-1ASO3Y installed.
-Wireless network environment
• IEEE802.11- compliant wireless network router, which can communicate with iOS mobile
devices, is required.
• iOS mobile devices and the Fiery controller must be in the same wireless network subnet
environment.
