Canon irc3380i blank only on black image

Anyone had this fault before only black is blank ,if you do single cyan,single magenta,single yellow are all fine ,if you do black image or print totally blank any info appreciated

Could be the black Dev Drive Clutch. Teeth sometimes break off one of the gears.

Check for damage by rotating the black Dev Drive Coupling which protrudes through the back frame. The coupling should turn freely without stopping (try the other couplings for comparison). The couplings themselves can also break.

could be the transfer carona for the black inside the ITB unit. The holders crack and the roller falls out causing the image quality issues.
