    Looks like you are bucking for a job around here... sooo take it, the job is yours. You got my vote to spend your free time giving out software that is NOT suppose to be handed out at all, to hand it out for free. Welcome, here is your new desk... chair... the hours are long and the pay is nothing...

            Making fun ? NO

            To be able to get the firmware needed for a certain Copier/Printer...you SHOULD be a company/factory certified tech.
            Some of us have to go to schools, or get the training in house from a certified instructor to be able to have access to the firmware. WE DO NOT take this lightly. We have the responsibility to our company to protect our product and our consumers.
            If you are a certified tech, then you as well have access to the firmware, all you have to do is go through the proper channels: Download new firmware until you get what you need .
            If you do not have the certification on this product.......get it.

                In Africa for instance,it is very difficult to access and more so get firmware without the hustle of going thru middle men or bumping into conmen claiming to sell genuine products.That is why we are saying please the technical forum guide us where to buy but not get us freebies.I would like to remind my brother Henry that by the time someone accesses this forum certainly she/he must have gone to school or got to the training house as you put it.We all know protectionism is paramount to our products and consumers.

                    Wait... you've not only managed to get a copier too a location in Africa AND you have web acces (as by your post on here) why is it so hard to get the training then? MOST of Konica's training is online now. (speaking of which I need to do some more)

                    Help me understand, is it a lack of just going the distance? Stopping 5 feet in front of the finish line? Afraid of success? What is it man? Help us help you. Can I send you some Tony Robbin's books?
