    CLC 3200 no copy :(

Hi, I would like to ask if anyone of you have encounter a no copy on CLC 3200? I have replaced the following:

    Drum units
    Transfer belt
    Transfer roller
    High Voltage
    Power Supply

I tried to print on feeder, platen glass, test print but still there is no image. No error code is displayed. Thank you very much.

remove the cover to view the ITB/
power up> do u see the patches laid down on ITB during rotation
    ????
    if u see patches>
then focus on external separation problem of images from ITB to paper

do u see the PG 10 on ITB ???

if all fails reload firmware----if that fails see next
    replace>DC Controller

        Re: CLC 3200 no copy

Hi sir, just want to say "Thank You!" again for your help. I found out that the problem is in the DC CON. My problem now is that the internal printout like test pattern or PS test page is okay but when I try to copy on platen glass the color quality is not that good even if I do the gradation adjustment. Is there any adjustments that I should do or check? Thank You.

I've notice on my gradation adjustment test print that the yellow and cyan doesn't have much scale, what seems to be the problem?

            Check your Optics

            COPIER>FUNCTION<CCD>

Used for automatic adjustment of CCD-related items.
            CCD-ADJ
            SH-PS-ST

Automatically adjusts optimum position on standard white plate used for shading compensation.
Caution Always clean the white plate first.
            1) Clean the underside of the platen glass. If NG is displayed, check the items below, and redo adjustment.
            a. Is the platen glass attached normally?
            b. Is the standard white plate attached to the platen glass a correct type?
            c. Is the document illumination lamp lit?
            5) The COPIER > ADJUST > ADJ-XY > ADJ-S service mode item is updated,
so enter the new value on the service label.

            COPIER>FUNCTION<LASER>
            Used for laser-related automatic adjustment.
L-ADJ-OIf the DC controller PCB was replaced
            1) Remove all 4 color drum units, and close the front cover.Note -The DC controller uses the photo diode in the laser unit to automatically measure the light quantity when each laser emits its minimum light quantity.
This operation is used to compensate the time the laser lights during minimum light quantity emission.
Each laser unit (Y/M/C/K) is adjusted in sequence.
