    [Misc] IR8500 Noise

    Hi,

    Checking on 8500 which producing rtrrtrtrtrtrtr noise when using tray 1.

    Changed drive motor behind the machine, the noise still there. Only when pickup paper from tray 1.

    Any ideas?

      Replace pick up rollers.

          is there 's any jams ? try to clean the solonieds located on the back of the machine remove the HV and waste and clean them

              your sep roller is working real hard.
              replace pickup feed and sep as zoralindo says
