    [Error Code] Canon IR 2800 with E000577-0000 Any Ideas Please?

    Hi,
    Just trying to find out what this error message relates to on a Canon IR 2800 E000577-0000

    Machine seems to warm up...upper fuer roller heats up but ask for a copy and the machine attempts to push one through, however, the sheet gets stuck at the right side door and then throws the error code up. No obvious blockages holding motors up etc, just wondering if anyone has had this? Would appreciate some help.

      Try to reset finisher controller connectors and inspect the paddle motor M2.
      If it ain't broke, don't fix it

          Thank's for the reply. Can you tell me how to reset the controller connectors and also, is M2 paddle (motor) to do with the developing unit? Sorry for being dim..., this machine is not my usual kit.
