C3220 dropping magenta toner

I have a C3220 in the field that is dropping magenta toner onto the paper. We've replaced the auger assembly that carrys waste toner to the bottle but no change. It is only dropping Magenta toner??? We repl the magenta drum unit as well and still happening. Any ideas?

did you pull the ITB and check to make sure there is not a build up on the metal plate under the belt?

are you using OEM toner as well?
