[Electrical] ir Advance c5045 not waking up from sleep in low power

    Hello everyone,

ran across this the other day in the field. Fairly new (less than 20k) Ir adv c5045 black screen but main power light on, will not run print or copy, wont cycle nothing, run 24 check mode completes as normal and restarts machine everything is cool. Got a call back(grr) next day same thing. Discovered again, Energy saver mode settings set to "low" and "10%" changed these to "High" machine recovers from sleep and everything, haven't heard back from customer now for almost 2 weeks. Great, but we are now out of "energy star" ratings and being "green" customers words.

I think I remember seeing a Tech bulletin about this being caused by a daughter board down by the main breaker that was upgraded or needed to be replaced on 6075 or maybe this model but I cant find it now. anyone seen or heard of this? customer would like to be able to utilize low power consumption settings.

what is Firmware ver. on iRADC5045 ?
a few firmware updates dealt with sleep issues

    imageRUNNER 6055 / 6065 / 6075
Will Not Recover from Sleep Mode

Replacement of Right Support 24V Supply (FC9-5007-000) resolves the issue.
