[Misc] Not reading paper size

I have an IR2800 that no matter what size paper you place on the platen glass, the machine picks tray 2 which has legal size. Tried clearing DC-Con and resetting to inchs. Using the documnet feeder is ok and picks the correct size. Any other suggestions.

Copier > Option > Body > SENS-CNF > from 0 to 1

service mode level 1 COPIER>OPTION>BODY>MODEL-SZ set to 1

Check sensors and reader controller.
