we have dificulties to print by network on this machine...every time we send copy to print ..we get error ...

and no copy ....

Does this happen from all workstations?

Is the printer configured through a print server or are the drivers installed locally on the workstations?

can you ping the printer with no issues?

Have you downloaded and installed the latest driver from the Canon website?

I think you made need to go back to basics here before troubleshooting this any further.

Is the machine printing with USB?

Are you using the right driver?

In win7, you have a driver for 32 bit version and another one for 64 bit version.

Hi rachid

yes it is the write driver, the copieur works under the network ( RG 45) , not usb access.

Hi sir,

I mean can you print using USB? If it's the case, then you have a network issue: cable, Ip address, pcb...

I once have been in a situation where i could scan but couldn't print. A CLEAR ALL solved it.
