Customer has had code 3 times and claims its only when she faxes not while printing or copying. Gonna try to reseat connectors on Monday. Any help would be great.

make sure System Software version 21.06 is on the copier.
if ok ,,try below
make sure Multi-Cast Discovery for TCP/IP settings under Additional Functions is set to OFF.
remove the connectors on both the RCON and Main Controller and re-seat them
can try RCON clear> make sure the door values are re-entered .**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

This is a wireless connection if it matters. Should multicast discovery still be off?Comment

Last time it went to error was actually copies thru df so I turned off multicast, reseated all connectors to reader and main controller. Forgot to check software version. Will do so if I have to go back.Comment
