Entering service mode via Remote desktop viewer

Hi,

Does anyone know the keyboard combination to enter service mode via Remote desktop viewer on a legacy device such as the iRC3380i.

I can successfullyully enter service mode via Remote desktop viewer on ir adv machines but get know where with older models dispite being told its possible.

not sure ,
but think u first need to set the System Manager ID first on that model in printer for that function
1) Hit [Additional Function].

2) Hit [System Settings].

3) Hit [System Manager Settings].

4) Enter 4 digit code for both the [System Manager ID] and [System Password].
