    CANON IR2520 - gray background on the copy?

    Hello,

    Ther is a gray background on the copy, I try new drum but is not change.14022012458.JPG

    The same issue with printing?
    Visual check on the fixing unit and developer!

        Try to use another dev assembly with canon genuine toner.

            I have the same problem.
            Belt is always in the same place.
            sometimes disappears or is not very visible

              It appears when you use not genuine toner it happens when the old toner and new toner mixing in the developer unit try it remove left toner in developer unit and try to copy again and again.........
