    [Jamming] Intermittent jam on IR6800

    Having intermittent jam IR6800 with jam code E010E, (PS13 sensor delay). Have changed fusser rollers having flat spots, swapped oneway bearing left hand cover of duplex unit but no luck. Am sure someone out there with a solution, please hlep.

      you replaced the fuser rollers, but what about the bushings and bearings?
      there is also an internal delivery roller FC5-2288-020 that will go bad as well
      also make sure your finisher is level with the machine so the paper can enter it properly.
      Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

          bushings and bearings and ext roller changed as well but now issue resolved. replacing sensors ps12 and ps14 and freeing diverter gate in duplex delivery unit. Thanks
