[Error Code] Canon IR-C3100N

Hello Canon Techs,

One of my clients has a canon IR-C3100N with an E-000602-0202 error code. HDD tested OK but it won't boot. Can someone please contact me regarding the firmware for this machine and the update software (if necessary). Customer is anxious for me to format (or replace) the HDD and update.

hi have you tried the HDD in another mc,have you done HD-check and HD-clear in service mode Function-System.

Hi THUK,

I did HDD check, but not the clear. I only have one other ir-c3100n in the field (about 90 miles away...). I'll try the HDD clear next. I'm planning on cloning the other drive if I have to. Do you think that would work?

when a machine is booting up the following items are being utilized on these machines:
Boot Rom
SRAM
Memory PCB (this board has been known to cause this error with this subcode) FG3-3225-000
